Cakes are heavy! They must be set up on a sturdy, level table.

Table should be large enough to accommodate the cake, cake plates, flatware and other accoutrements (candles, champagne flutes, etc)

Icing is delicate! Do not place table near a heat source or by a window!

Place table in an area where guests (especially children) will not run into it.
